Rotation

  1. Reap generates Corpses, grants Damage Reduction and Attack Speed when used on enemies. Weave this into your skill rotation every few seconds.

  2. Blight deals a small amount of initial damage then leaves behind a pool of AoE damage that stacks on top of any enemies within range, increasing damage by 10%.

  3. Corpse Explosion stacks Shadow Damage over Time on every enemy within its area. This also activates multiple damage multipliers for the build.

  4. Corpse Tendrils Slows, Stuns and pulls every monster (except Bosses) into a single space so that all of your AoE damage becomes more effective.

  5. Soulrift generates Essence, applies Vulnerable and grants a Damage buff over its duration.

  6. Decrepify Slows, reduces incoming damage, Stuns and reduces your Cooldowns via Lucky Hit mechanics. Cursed Aura/Wat automatically spreads this onto monsters within range.

  7. When engaging a pack of enemies begin by casting Soulrift. It needs time to stack up its bonuses.

  8. Immediately cast Corpse Tendrils on the first Corpse generated to Crowd Control everything. This helps to reduce incoming damage and allows you to maximize your DPS windows.

  9. Once everything is pulled in tightly, cast Blight into the pack to apply the 10% damage multiplier.

  10. Cast a combination of Corpse Explosion and Blight casts. With Corpse Explosion being the primary engine when you have enough Corpses on the ground. Blight when you don't. Doing this every two seconds will maximize the total number of overlapped DoT effects enemies can take damage from.

  11. Qax can trigger off ANY non-Basic Skill. This often triggers and consumes all of your resources. This shouldn't be a problem since Corpse Explosion doesn't require Essence, but might explain why you can't cast Blight every once in a while.

  12. Against a single target or Boss, use Supernatural Sever to generate the initial Corpses needed to get your engine going. Especially important in the Pit/Tower.

  13. IF You Opt Into It: When in doubt Blood Mist out! Reposition and end the Mist early by clicking the Skill again, once you're ready to re-engage. A great tactic is to generate a Corpse during this time then immediately cast Corpse Tendrils on it for more safety.
