Rotation
Hydra is your main source of damage. Invoked Hydra upgrade gives it even more damage and lets you easily reach 100% Crit Chance.
Inferno is another key skill that groups up enemies, makes them Vulnerable, and boosts your damage by 50%.
Ball Lightning is your way to spend Mana to activate effects such as Ring of Starless Skies, Mana Shield, Hydra Enchant, etc. It also gives a bit of Attack Speed and provides Crackling Energy for Convulsions.
Lightning Spear is an additional source of Vulnerable when Inferno is on cooldown.
Blizzard is only here to be a Frost skill that actiavates Permafrost, Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop, and Elementalist.
Fire Bolt provides one more stack for Elemental Synergies.
Cast Blizzard once at the start of the run to get Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop stack.
When you see enemies, put two Hydras on top of them. If they are still not dead, add Inferno. If it's on cooldown, use Lightning Spear instead.
When you have nothing else to do, cast Ball Lightning. Note that you don't have to spam it, just casting one every second or two is enough to keep up all the buffs.
